DentalRays operates on an annual contractual basis, with no set-up cost and no minimum charges. You are billed monthly on a per-study basis. We are on-call 24 hours a day, every day, and our guaranteed turnaround time for STAT exams is 60 minutes.
Getting Started
At DentalRays, we do all the work so you can focus on providing quality healthcare to your clients. Each new client is assigned an account manager whose sole responsibility is to simplify every stage of your relationship with us. Our friendly and experienced administrative team takes care of the paperwork, while our technology team establishes secure, reliable connectivity with our system. DentalRays supplies both the required hardware and software, making set-up efficient and hassle-free. In most cases, you can start receiving quality and timely radiology consults in less than a week.
Exam Requests
Our proprietary DentalRequest system is designed specifically for dental teleradiology consulting. Once an exam request is made, it is immediately prioritized and routed to a DentalRays oral and maxillofacial radiologist who interprets the images and completes the report. DentalRequest ensures that all of your data is secure.
Guaranteed Turnaround
DentalRequest automatically routes the radiology report back to the requesting dentist or dental specialist. This way, both the dentist or dental specialist and authorized staff member can track the report progress in the system. Although we guarantee turnaround in 60 minutes or less for STAT exams, our turnaround time can be much shorter than this. Reports for routine exams are guaranteed in 24 hours. Best of all, we archive all reports for future reference, a value-added service for the convenience of our dental clients.
